Privacy policy
How Good Vibes Supply LLC collects, uses and protects the information you send us.
The short version. We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic visit statistics that use no cookies. We use it to answer you and fill your orders. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
1. Who we are
This policy covers goodvibes.supply and the emails, calls and orders that come through it. "We", "us" and "our" mean Good Vibes Supply LLC, a California limited liability company based in Orange County, California. Questions go to info@goodvibes.supply.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use our quote form, email us, call us or place an order, we collect what you provide. That can include:
- Your name, job title, agency or company, and buyer type.
- Your work email address and phone number.
- Delivery city, state and ZIP, and for orders, a full shipping address and billing contact.
- Item lists, quantities, dates needed, solicitation or purchase order numbers and notes.
- How you plan to pay and whether the purchase is tax exempt, including any exemption or resale certificate you send.
- Anything else you include in a message or attachment.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Please do not send card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, ours receives basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the time of your visit. Our hosting and security provider processes this data to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies or local storage, and we do not use it to identify you or follow you across other sites. Our site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots.
Fonts, styles and site scripts load from our own domain. The only outside script is Cloudflare's analytics beacon, so your visit is not shared with font or advertising networks.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To process, ship, invoice and support your orders.
- To keep business, tax and government contract records the law or your contract requires.
- To keep the site and our systems secure, and to stop spam and fraud.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
- To send you follow-up messages about your request or order. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission, and any marketing email will include a way to opt out.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business and fill your order:
- Service providers that work for us under contract, including Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics) and Google (business email, and the service that receives quote form submissions and stores them in our records).
- Manufacturers, distributors and carriers, when they need delivery details to ship your order.
- Payment and accounting providers that process payments and invoices.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants and attorneys.
- Government agencies when a contract, audit, subpoena or law requires it.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under terms that protect your information.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity over time and across other websites through our site. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages as long as needed to answer them and to follow up on related orders. We keep order, invoice and tax records for as long as the law or your contract requires, which for government contracts is often several years after final payment. Then we delete or de-identify them.
6. How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, with strict security headers that block common attacks. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach if the law requires it.

7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you any non-essential email. Send your request to info@goodvibes.supply with the subject line "Privacy request." We will confirm your request, verify it is really you by matching details you already gave us, and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. You may use an authorized agent if you give them written permission.
We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as tax and contract records, and we will tell you if that applies.
8. Notice to California residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to businesses that meet certain size or data thresholds. We may not meet those thresholds today. We still follow its principles and honor the rights described above for every customer.

We collect this information from you, from your device and from our service providers, for the purposes in section 3, and we keep it as described in section 5. We do not collect sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across other websites, so our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Since we do not sell or share personal information, nothing further changes.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business site for buyers at agencies and companies. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as government resources. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year. When we change it, we post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
