The rules for using goodvibes.supply.
The short version. Use the site to learn about us and request quotes. Do not misuse it or try to break it. Information on the site is general and can change. Your quote, order confirmation and our terms of sale govern any purchase.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of goodvibes.supply, which is owned and operated by Good Vibes Supply LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an agency or company, you agree for that organization too. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate, but product categories, examples, codes and descriptions are general information. They are not an offer to sell, a price list or a promise of availability. Brand names and trademarks shown belong to their owners and do not mean we are an authorized dealer or that the owner endorses us. Registration and certification status is shown as of the date stated, and we update it as items are issued.
Articles in our Insights section explain general practices in purchasing. They are not legal, tax or procurement advice. Your agency's rules, your warrant and your contract always control.
3. Quotes and orders
Sending a quote request does not create an order or a contract. A sale happens only when we confirm an order in writing. Every quote and order is governed by our terms of sale, and for government buyers, by the terms of your purchase order or contract.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our accounts or our systems, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission.
- Upload or send malicious code, or interfere with how the site works.
- Use the quote form to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful, or send false information.
- Use automated tools in a way that overloads the site. Search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt file are welcome.
- Copy or republish the site's design or content for commercial use without our permission.
5. What you send us
You are responsible for what you send. Do not send classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, payment card numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the form or regular email. If a requirement involves that kind of information, tell us first and we will agree on a secure method. You give us permission to use what you send to answer you, prepare quotes, fill orders and keep required records, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Our content
The site's text, design, graphics and logo belong to Good Vibes Supply LLC or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages, including our capability statement, for your own purchasing work. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
7. Links
The site links to other websites, such as government resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE. Warranties for products you buy are covered only by our terms of sale.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, GOOD VIBES SUPPLY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE ITSELF WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Government users
If you use the site for a federal, state or local government agency, nothing in these terms requires your agency to accept terms that conflict with the law that governs it. Any term that conflicts with that law does not apply to your agency.
11. Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Except where section 10 applies, any dispute about the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
12. Changes and other terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
